DESCRIPTION:\nWe are very excited to welcome J. Eileen Zell, Esq, to speak to the group for our March meeting on the topic of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDRO's).\n \n \n \nMs. Zell is a specialist in QDRO's having her own QDRO law practice, which is located in Newport, KY.  She was a graduated of the University of KY and the Salmon P.
