DESCRIPTION:\nWHAT:    A Multi-Disciplined Approach to Planning in 2022 \n \nWHO:     Suzanne Shaffar, Doug Dean and Bill Stone - Glenview Trust Co, Louisville, KY \n \nWHERE:    DoubleTree Guest Suites, 2601 Richmond Rd, Lexington \n \nWHEN:   Tuesday, February 1, 2022 - 11:30 \n AM-1:00 PM \n \nCOST:  $15 for members, $25 for guests  \n \nWe are excited to have one of our own members speak to us for our February meeting!  Suzanne Shaffar is a long-time member of the Bluegrass Estate Planning Council.  She will be bringing her vast knowledge back to Lexington to talk about the current state of estate planning and how things might change - or stay the same - for 2022.  This topic is planning to cover the Smaldino case and step transactions.  Also covered will be trust income tax elections and the markets in 2022 and how they can affect planning. \n \n \nSuzanne has nearly fifteen years of legal experience in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration.
