DESCRIPTION:\n \n***THIS MEETING IS AT FULL CAPACITY...further reservations cannot, unfortunately, be taken at this time. \n  \nWhat:    “Special Needs Planning & ABLE Accounts” \nWho:      Karen Perch, Life Plan of KY, Lexington, KY and Jeff Yussman, Wyatt Estate Planning/Yussman Special Needs Law, Louisville, KY \nWhen:    Tuesday, February 4, 2020 - 11:30 AM-1:00 PM \nWhere:   Hilary J Boone Center, 500 Rose Street, Lexington, KY\n \n  \nCost: $15 for members/$25 for guests - Cash, Check and all major Credit Cards accepted at the door ~ or pay online using PayPal.\n \n  \nGo to https://www.bgepc.org/events/event/18279 for more information or to register.\n \n  \nWe are happy to welcome Karen Perch and Jeff Yussman back as speakers to the Bluegrass Estate Planning Council. \n  \nKaren Perch is an Attorney and is the Executive Director of Life Plan of Kentucky, Inc.  She has practiced in the area of special needs planning since 1995, being led to this area of law as a result of assisting her own sister in receiving disability benefits.  She also helps families understand the options and rules for parents who may want to provide for their special nees child while simultaneously trying to plan for their own care needs later in life. \n  \nJeff Yussman is a member of the Estate Planning Group of Wyatt Tarrant & Combs, LLP, in Louisville, KY, where he chairs the firm's special needs planning practice, which he runs under the trade name Yussman Special Needs Law.  Jeff's practice has always concentrated in the areas of estate planning and administration, business succession planning and charitable planning, but the birth of this two special needs children led him into the sub-specialty of planning for individuals with special needs - an area in which he spends a great deal of his practice time.\n \n  \nIt is IMPERATIVE that you RSVP by replying directly to this e-mail no later than  Monday, February 3rd, at 12:00 PM . Please note that if you come to the meeting without RSVP'ing, you may or may not be admitted entrance based upon the number of those who RSVP.
