Main Street, Lexington\n \nCost: $15 for members/$25 for guests - Cash, Check and all major Credit Cards accepted at the door only\n \nGo to https://admin.naepc.org/events#event/10986 for more information.  \n \nWe are happy to have our very own BGEPC member and board Secretary, Todd Lewis, speaking to us on the newest and most updated information with regards to the Uniform Trust Code for Kentucky.  Todd is an Attorney who practices with the Lexington offices of Frost Brown Todd in their Personal and Succession Planning practices group.  He earned his LL.M. degree in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served as Coach of the Tax Moot Court Board. Prior to receiving his LL.M., Todd attended the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina, where he served as the Associate Managing Editor of the Charleston Law Review and the Associate Justice for the Moot Court Board, and volunteered as a VITA Income Tax Preparer for low-income families in the Charleston area. He received his undergraduate degree in Accountancy from the University of Louisville in 2006.\n \nIt is IMPERATIVE that you RSVP by clicking the BGEPC website link above and completing the information under the “Register Now” button no later than Monday, March 2nd, at 12:00 PM. Alternately, you are welcome to reply directly to this e-mail if you prefer.  Please note that if you come to the meeting without RSVP'ing, you may or may not be admitted entrance based upon the number of those who RSVP.
