The Bluegrass Estate Planning Council membership is composed of attorneys, CPAs, CLUs, financial planners, trust officers and others who are actively involved in the field of estate planning.

The purpose of the Council is to foster cooperation and understanding among the members who work in the estate planning field; to assist the members in keeping abreast of laws and conditions affecting estate accumulation and conservation; and to encourage its members to have as their ultimate goal the rendering of the best professional services to the public.

The Council meets once per month during the program year that runs from September through May.
