We would like to welcome Kristi Yahn, Provider Liason at Bluegrass Care Navigators and Carmen Conley, MSW, CSW, ACHP-SW, Regional Supervisor of Counseling Services, also at Bluegrass Care Navigators, as speakers for our February meeting.
Through their presentation of "The Gift of Knowing," they will take a close look at real life impacts of Advanced Directives. As our clients age, they look to us as professionals to help make vital decisions. Sometimes those decisions aren't so cut and dry. This meeting will present real life examples that can help you to empower your clients as they plan for or reach the end of their lives.
It is IMPERATIVE that you RSVP by replying directly to this e-mail no later than Monday, February 4th, at 12:00 PM. Please note that if you come to the meeting without RSVP'ing, you may or may not be admitted entrance based upon the number of those who RSVP. Please also be sure to provide me with the name of any guest(s) you may be bringing with you so that a nametag can be prepared for them. (Please note that we have limited space for this particular meeting, so be sure to get your RSVPs in on time. Thank you!)
Cancellations will be accepted until 5:00 PM on Monday, February 4th. If you do not cancel your reservation, you WILL be billed for the regular meeting fee as the Council becomes financially obligated to cover costs.
